        "text": "This is my opinion of the local office and a separate opinion about the police\u2019s of the company. The local office is a wonderful place. The staff is always very friendly and helpful and seem to be up to date with their information. HOWEVER I AM UPSET WITH THE FACT THAT MY $5000.00 HEARING AIDS HAVE HAD TO BE REPAIRED TWICE THROUGH NO FAULT OF MINE AND THE WARRANTIES HAVE NOT BEEN EXTENDED!!!! NOT GOOD P R !!!!!!!!",

        "text": "Audible, is a very friendly office, not much paperwork to fill out. Very friendly but professional. My friend has very bad hearing, very bad eyes as well. She really enjoyed her visit and we went to Affinity to get cleaning and we will return next week to do her hearing tests.\nThank you\nCindy",

The receptionist was very friendly and the lady that did my test was very courtesy and helpful.   She explained each procedure.   I'm truly grateful to both of them.  Thanks Again",
